My Story Part 3: Forgiving&Forgetting

We are now on part 3 of My Story, its been a really emotional journey writing about my past but its something that had to be done, to give other people in my situation or similar the reassurance that everything will be okay. That one day you'll be glowing with confidence and happiness like i am now, and with that you will have the power to help other people who was in mine and your situations or again similar.

The biggest part of moving on and forgetting is forgiving, yes, i know what you're thinking it seems mind blowing to think that they deserve your forgiveness, but your right, they dont deserve it, but if you dont forgive you will never forget and even though they done you wrong for years, months, days, that doesn't matter because you deserve to be happy and to move on!. Dont waste your life dwelling on the past and holding grudges because at the end of the day its you mourning over it, not them.

Dont let them be a constant reminder of your unhappiness, to be quite honest you wouldn't be the strong, independent and beautiful person you are today if it wasn't for them, that's a more positive way of thinking about it, it doesn't matter the situation, you have the power to turn any negative and heartbreaking situation to a positive one, there is always an up side to the down side, all you need to do is look for it. If you just confront the problem, if you think about it, write it down and rip it up do whatever it takes for you to forgive, it will be so hard and it will be a massive milestone in your life and if you manage to forgive&forget then that just shows your a better and stronger person than they will ever be. Bearing in mind that you cant just wake up one morning and decide to forgive, it takes time and alot of thinking because sometimes people may think they have forgiven but secretly they still have so much anger and emotion in them which can lead to so many more permanent problems and even disorders, such as, Depression, Anxiety and alot more serious mental illnesses that may be difficult to fix, but as i said in a previous blog, nothing is impossible, there will nearly always be away around or over something, you just need to find the problem that sparked of such unhappy and negative thoughts and emotions, then deal with them one by one.

So break-free out of your shell you've been hiding in for so long because you deserve to shine bright and show everyone who you really are, forgive, forget and move on because as i said, you deserve that. Always be yourself and stay strong, because i have, and i couldn't be anymore happier than i am right now.
