My Story Part 2: Getting bullied&Staying POSITIVE!

This post is all about how i stayed positive through getting bullied and through the toughest times in my life and how YOU CAN too!. Its alot harder than anyone would think, sometimes you just cannot take your mind off what happened that day or what 'might' happen the next, but theirs one thing i can say, that its NOT impossible!.

Its so easy for someone to say 'stay positive or stay strong, etc' but to actually do it, it seems impossible at that very moment, its hard to keep any positive thoughts in your head when everyone around you are being so negative towards you, you need to rise above the comments, you need to be that strong person that they dont think you are because i promise you, the minute they realize you're stronger and winning, they will back away with confusion. You can do it if you believe in yourself and what your fighting for which for me was, my freedom to be who i was freely and not worry about what people thought and of course my confidence and self esteem back, which they took. I got mines back because i risked everything i had left to get it back, i didn't think of the consequences, i set in my mind what i wanted back and i got it, no hesitations and definitely no over-thinking because that can tear you apart. Please bear in mind this takes alot of time and effort so if after a week you see no results, keep going! never ever give up.

Some of the things that helped me to stay positive is music, music is a perfect way to get your mind off things and take you to a more happier and comfortable place within yourself, exercise is another amazing technique to take your mind off things and to help channel anger and other emotions into that one particular thing, yoga or gymnastics or any other peaceful relaxing classes you could think of to go to is a good way, even sometimes speaking to a Councillor would help to get everything out in the open so you dont have to deal with it all by yourself. One thing never ever to do is pretend nothing is happening, dont run from the problems, you need to face them or there going to be there longer than they need to be. Anything that personally makes You happy whatever it may be is the perfect distraction.

The conclusion to this blog is to stay positive and about everything ive given you to stay positive is all based around independence, so if you dont like to bother people with your problems or really speak to anyone then some of the tips and techniques ive given you today is the perfect way for you. Face your problems head on, get what got stolen from you because at the end of the day its yours!. Think of it as a test and your going to pass this test because your life&happiness depends on it, make yourself proud and be an example to the people looking up to you. You can do it!<3
